specializes in building quality residential custom homes with strict structural
requirements. An engineer licensed in residential construction designs the foundation.
This eliminates shifting and the resulting foundation and wall cracks. The framing
of your home is also engineered. This provides the most efficient and cost-effective
use of lumber and materials. Each piece of lumber delivered to your property is
designated for a specific use according to the engineered plans. Because air conditioning
is a must in central Texas, the requirements to cool and heat your home are also
engineered. You can be assured that your system will be cost-efficient for the
size and the location of your home. Windmill Homes of Texas will provide references
